Lost Trials

The Challenge of Lost Trials

In Lost Trials, players confront an unwavering challenge as they navigate treacherous terrain without checkpoints or saves. Set in a punishing platformer environment, each mistake can cost you precious progress, demanding not just skill but also a fast hand and a sharp memory. Your ability to time jumps and utilize the charged jump mechanic is crucial as you strive to reach new heights, both in-game and on the Steam leaderboards.

Vertical Ascent and Backtracking

The core experience of Lost Trials revolves around the relentless pursuit of vertical ascendance. Players must adapt quickly, learning the layout and hazards of each level. A single misstep can send you tumbling backwards, losing minutes of progress and forcing you to claw your way back up. This design choice instills a sense of urgency; every jump counts. It’s a race against yourself, enhancing replayability as you aim for that elusive personal best.
