The Thrills of Puzzles and Horror

Central to the gameplay experience is a fear system designed to amplify tension. If players find themselves outside of shelters or campfires, they will begin to accumulate fear, impacting their vision and speed dramatically. It’s a mechanic that not only heightens the stakes but forces players to think strategically about their surroundings and movement. Survival takes on new meaning as the world around them transforms under the weight of terror.
