Jamestown+ - Switch

A Fresh Take on Classic Shmup Action

Jamestown+ brings the classic shooter genre to the Nintendo Switch, revamping its retro charm with modern twists. Players step into a fast-paced world inspired by 17th-century British colonialism on Mars, diving into a vibrant, pixel-art aesthetic that pays homage to both the era and the genre. The gameplay emphasizes quick reflexes, intense action, and collaboration, making it a thrilling option for both solo and cooperative play.

Cooperative Gameplay with a Twist

Teamwork plays a significant role in Jamestown+, as players can join forces with up to four friends. Whether you’re dodging bullets or chaining explosive combos, cooperation is key to overcoming the myriad of challenging enemy waves. Each player can choose from multiple characters, each equipped with different ships and abilities, allowing for strategic combinations that amplify the fun. This aspect encourages players to experiment and find the best combinations for their team.
