A valley out of season

Hopwood is a pixel-art platform adventure for PC about Little Pinky’s search for five stolen blossoms. On the eve of the Blossom Festival, Count Corvin takes the blossoms of the Old Cherry, leaving the seasons of Hopwood Valley frozen: Cherry Meadow is stuck in morning, Leaffall Thicket in autumn, Misty Bog in night, and Snowy Pass in winter. As Pinky brings the blossoms home, the story reveals that Corvin was trying to save them, and that the valley has forgotten its own past.

Regions and abilities

The five regions are large, connected areas made up of rooms and paths leading in different directions. You explore them as Pinky, gaining a new ability in each act: a punch, a roll, a feather for a double jump, a stone throw, and the ability to move crates. New abilities also give you reasons to return to places and look for secrets. Lanterns serve as rest and save points, and let you travel between lanterns. The map fills in as you explore.
