Office management incremental game

Gossip Inc. is a PC office management incremental game about balancing workplace chatter while growing a business. Employees earn money, but their conversations affect how well the office works: too little gossip slows work, while too much lowers morale. You hire staff, expand the office and try to keep the gossip meter in its productive middle band.

Hiring and seating

Candidates appear in a hiring row. You can pick one up, carry them across the office and drop them at a free desk. Desks are bought and placed on a grid, and you can reroll the hiring row if you don't want its current candidates. Every new hire raises the gossip meter, so adding staff also changes the office's balance.
