Fred

Customer support work

Fred is a PC game about working a seven-day probationary period at HebelSolutions, a customer support provider. You read messages from people on your PC and choose what you think is the best response, trying to secure a permanent job.

Strange messages

The customers write in with different problems. As the days pass, strange things begin to happen, which the game attributes to a tasteless prank by a bored hacker. Your work remains focused on reading and replying to customer messages.
