Football on the field

Football Rivals is a PC football game where you control your own player across offense and defense. As quarterback, you choose where to throw and how much power to use. As a receiver, you look for an opening, jump for the ball, and try to land in bounds. On defense, you can cover your man or chase the quarterback.

Plays and stamina

You can call routes for receivers, bring in a running back, and use blockers. Stamina is something to manage: save it for a cut, a chase, or a push over the last few yards to the end zone. The game also includes practice for throws and catches.
