FINAL FANTASY IV: THE AFTER YEARS

The Return to Final Fantasy IV's Universe

FINAL FANTASY IV: THE AFTER YEARS brings a fresh interpretation of its precursor's beloved narrative, now fully realized in 3-D on PC. Set nearly two decades after the original’s conclusion, players will reencounter familiar characters alongside a new generation led by Ceodore, the son of classic protagonists Cecil and Rosa. A mysterious second moon reemerges, along with an impending threat to the peace fought for so long ago.

A Tale of Legacy and Growth

Seventeen years post-war, Ceodore has stepped into the inaugural role of Prince, joining the ranks of the Red Wings, an elite airship fleet. Players will guide him as he navigates his royal duties and the challenges of leadership, driven by expectations from his lineage. The narrative unfolds through ten distinctive tales, beginning with "Ceodore's Tale" and branching into the stories of six additional characters, culminating in “Kain’s Tale” and others that tie back to the core plot.
