Overview of Evolve

Evolve is a multiplayer shooter designed for Xbox One where five players compete in a 4v1 format. One player controls a monster while the other four players take on the roles of hunters. The monster's objective is to evade capture, outsmart the hunters, and ultimately overpower them. The hunters work together to track and defeat the monster using their distinct abilities.

Online play and server status

All multiplayer servers for the game were shut down on September 3, 2018. As a result, any game modes and features that require online servers are no longer functional. Players can still engage in single-player modes or peer-to-peer multiplayer after the server shutdown and retain any content they have purchased.
