Eternal Solitude

Founding an empire

Eternal Solitude is a fantasy 4X strategy game for PC. Cast out of your magical world, you wake among settlers and begin founding a city as the capital of an empire. You rule its society, research and cast spells, and contend with rival Wizards through overland strategy and tactical combat.

Decisions have consequences at several levels, from local initiatives and city policies to battles and empire-wide choices. You can set a tax rate, impose quarantine to curb plague, or buy and sell slaves in cities. Spying on rival Wizards is another way to disrupt their plans or defend against their actions.
