As a player on PC, you’ll need sharp observation skills and quick thinking to diagnose patients and balance your finances.

Every game session introduces a new set of patients, more than 300 unique characters, all demanding your attention. Their wild stories are a mix of humor and absurdity, enhancing the experience. Each character comes with fully voiced dialogue, in Japanese, providing an authentic touch to the gameplay. You’ll need to ask the right questions and carefully observe their symptoms to get to the root of their bizarre conditions.
