Downer Management

Corporate Chaos Awaits in Downer Management

In Downer Management, players navigate the absurdities of a corporate purgatory through tactical 3-vs-3 battles. This autobattler challenges your skills not through direct confrontation, but by maneuvering employees around desks in various hierarchical positions. Your team of employees (Upper, Middle, and Entry) fights against rival departments using memos, motions, and clipboards as weapons, creating a satirical glimpse into the world of office politics.

Strategic Positioning is Key

Every location holds power. The Upper desk features a high damage modifier, while the Entry position may have lower resilience but offers unique strategies. Players must decide when to promote a weary middle-manager to absorb damage or to demote a top performer to the backlines for defense. These choices dictate outcomes in combat, emphasizing the importance of atmosphere over action.
