Dig Night

A World of Ghosts and Grime in Dig Night

Welcome to Dig Night, an RPG that subverts conventional narratives with a darkly comedic twist. Set in a grim city haunted by Schizosoma, a disease that reduces its victims to ghostly remains, players slip into the shoes of Ricardo, a down-and-out cleaner. His job? Scraping ghost flesh from grimy streets. In a bizarre world where the extraordinary is ordinary, this game challenges you to explore the absurdity of life after death.

The Quirky Charm of Retro Gameplay

Constructed using RPG Maker VX Ace, Dig Night merges retro-style graphics with a soundtrack that channels the nostalgia of old-school RPGs. The pixel art, combined with a retro aesthetic, works cohesively to create a world filled with peculiar charm. Its grittiness adds an edge that keeps the narrative engaging. Instead of mere nostalgia, the game channels the spirit of classic titles while introducing surprising elements that will keep players on their toes.
