DEI Manager Simulator

Navigate Corporate Chaos in DEI Manager Simulator

In DEI Manager Simulator for PC, you step into the chaotic shoes of a new Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Your main goal? Raise the Culture Credibility Index (CCI). But don't be fooled; this office is a sinking ship. With panicked leadership and watchful investors, your ability to influence change is limited. Instead of a happy ending, the narrative of this satire leads you down a path of absurdity where the system itself is the enemy.

The Illusion of Control in Decision-Making

This game presents a dichotomy of choice and futility. While you make decisions like imposing an 8-hour seminar or sending out a deeply intrusive survey, know this: it doesn’t matter what you choose. Despite having options, you are ultimately steering the Titanic. The satire shines as you realize these "choices" are mere rearrangements of deckchairs amidst an inevitable disaster, pushing you to question the effectiveness of your role in light of a failing system.
