Dark Dawn: Stellar Expanse

Space strategy sandbox

Dark Dawn: Stellar Expanse is a PC space strategy sandbox set across a star system and its surrounding expanse. You command warships and a legion, explore planets and ancient space stations, and compete over territory and resources. You can focus on activity at the scale of a planet or system, or pursue broader civilizational strategy through alliances, trade and diplomacy.

Combat across space

Combat takes place in real time in the same continuous universe as travel. Encounters range from small skirmishes to full-scale fleet wars, with no loading screens or transitions between cruising and fighting. The star chart marks unclaimed planets and areas with rare minerals, but shadowed regions can also contain ambushes or unknown cosmic megastructures.
