Card divination

Catoptrum is a PC card-guessing game where you try to identify hidden cards from a shuffled deck. For each card, you can ask whether it’s red or black, high or low, odd or even, an ace, a number, or a face card. You can also rule out a suit, glimpse cards still to come, or take back a wrong guess. Some items may even let you cheat.

Items and upgrades

Between readings, you build up your resources and spend gold in the Shop. Its Resources, Tools, and Spirits shelves hold dozens of items, with upgrades and synergies between them. Each new star earned grants Insight for Divination upgrades that don’t reset. You can spend those upgrades in the Divination Star Chart to improve consistency, strategy, or luck.
