Carrots and Cream

Introspective Gameplay in Carrots and Cream

In Carrots and Cream, players navigate a narrative that intertwines the complexities of nature with the fundamentals of nutrition. This PC title challenges you to confront the often-unspoken violence present in both gardening and cooking. As you explore a series of point-and-click vignettes, the game reveals its poetic story without a single word being spoken.

Poetic Exploration of Nature's Duality

The vignettes present a stark contrast between the beauty of gardening and the reality of sourcing your food. Each interaction with the carrots leads to a deeper contemplation on nutrition, survival, and the natural balance of life. The visual style supports this narrative, while the accompanying sounds, natural carrot crunches and an otherworldly ambience, enhance the unsettling yet introspective atmosphere, compelling players to reflect on what is often overlooked.
