Bundle of Joy

Caring for Your Bundle of Joy

Bundle of Joy is a thoughtful minigame collection that explores the themes of parenthood, self-care, and overcoming self-doubt. Based on director Nicholas O'Brien's personal experiences, the game offers players a chance to navigate the challenges of new fatherhood in a light-hearted yet reflective way. Set during the Spring of 2020, players are thrust into relatable scenarios that capture the chaos and joy that come with raising a child.

Relatable Parenthood Mini-games

Navigating the world of child-rearing isn’t easy, and Bundle of Joy brings this struggle to life through a series of engaging mini-games. Tasks like changing a diaper, clipping nails, or cleaning a highchair form the core gameplay loop. Each completed task increases your stress levels, providing a humorous spin on the reality of parenting. Failing to juggle these challenges doesn’t mean defeat; it’s simply part of the experience, reminding players that it’s okay to stumble along the way.
