Adhesive-making story

ボンドセレクション is a Japanese text-based comedy game about developing and manufacturing adhesives. You’re aiming to win the top gold award at the Bond Selection, an adhesive competition, while following six people, plus “about three” others, through 17 days of trouble.

The story is set in Noroshimachi, Suzu City, at the northern tip of Ishikawa Prefecture. KADOWAKA Seiko became an industry giant after developing “Yoron α,” a superglue made with input from ordinary users, then releasing further improved versions. The company now holds 98% of the global adhesive market. Its rival, Noroshi Kobo, has fallen behind, but succeeds in formulating “Hiiiru,” a medical adhesive made by combining a crystal plate and platelets.
