Behind Closed Doors: A Developer's Tale on Xbox One

In Behind Closed Doors: A Developer's Tale, players navigate a world where reality and fantasy collide. Set within the confines of a video game development company, you step into the shoes of Ethan, a coder facing an extraordinary twist of fate. When an unexpected phone call propels him into a strange new dimension, Ethan must unravel the mysteries of his new reality to return home.

The Ordinary Life of Ethan

Ethan’s life starts mundanely; he balances the duties of work while supporting his pregnant wife. The rhythmic monotony of his daily routine paints a relatable picture. Each day repeats in a cycle of wake, work, and sleep. This grounding setup allows players to connect with Ethan before the narrative takes a startling turn, ensuring that the stakes feel personal as he transitions from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
