Amygdala

Life After Loss in Amygdala

In Amygdala, the surreal journey begins with a simple yet jarring premise: a man wakes up to find his body stolen, leaving him as nothing more than a disembodied head. This quirky action/adventure platformer thrusts players into a world where vengeance is the only motivation. Challenge awaits around every corner, as foes like swordheads and voidpigs become obstacles on your path to reclaim your body.

Procedurally Generated Worlds Await

The beauty of Amygdala lies in its procedurally generated worlds, ensuring that no two runs are alike. Players are thrown into fresh, unpredictable environments, making each encounter a new mystery. The permadeath mechanic means that every time you perish, you start in a world that no one has experienced before, or will experience again. This constant renewal keeps you on your toes, demanding both adaptability and strategy.
