After School

Reliving School Fears in After School

In After School, players navigate the dark halls of a seemingly abandoned school, returning to retrieve forgotten belongings. However, this isn't an ordinary trip back to school; it's a descent into terror where lurking supernatural entities threaten your progress. Set against a backdrop of a modern Japanese school, the game skillfully merges the walking simulator and stealth genres, creating an environment filled with dread and tension.

Navigating Tension through Stealth Mechanics

The core gameplay revolves around gathering items while evading malevolent forces that stalk the player. You'll explore shadows and dark corners, searching for your lost items, while the relentless pressure of fear looms over you. Avoiding detection is crucial; get caught, and the consequences can be dire. Mastering the balance between exploration and stealth adds an engaging tension that keeps players on edge throughout their experience.
