ABOUT THIS GAME

Heavy Coal Operations in TS Marketplace

Norfolk Southern Coal District Scenario Pack 01 Add-On invites players to immerse themselves in the challenging world of heavy freight trains. Set in the rugged landscape of the eastern United States, this add-on for PC version of Train Simulator showcases the rich heritage of Norfolk Southern and CSX. You'll manage a variety of operations along the historically significant coal-hauling routes that form part of the Allegheny region.

Explore the Famous Coal District Route

As part of the scenario pack, players will navigate the Norfolk Southern Coal District route, historically recognized as the Monongahela Railway. Today, it serves as a critical artery for coal transportation, with operations shared between Norfolk Southern and CSX. This realistic representation of a renowned rail corridor puts you firmly in the engineer's seat, managing both coal trains and local freight services.
