Tropico 5 - Mad World

Exploring Madness in Tropico 5 - Mad World

In Tropico 5 - Mad World, rulers must navigate the fine line between control and chaos. This engaging DLC expansion invites players to enhance their island dictatorship by introducing facilities like asylums and exotic means of handling dissent. Using tools like straight jackets and isolation cells, you’ll engage in darkly comedic governance and make decisions that demand a balance between power and morality.

The Asylum: A New Tool for Control

One of the notable additions is the asylum, a facility designed to deal with political adversaries in the most unconventional ways. It offers unique interactions with your citizens, from administering electroconvulsive therapy to placing dissenters in isolation cells. This allows players to tailor their approach to maintaining order, blending strategy with a touch of satirical humor that the Tropico series is known for.
