ATOM RPG - Plague Island

Plague Island

ATOM RPG - Plague Island is a story-driven DLC for ATOM RPG. It takes you from a small airfield near Fogelevka to an island where a settlement controlled by Gwon-Jo is dealing with a mysterious disease outbreak. You’ll need the base game, ATOM RPG, to play it.

Quests and locations

The island is a new world map with 17 locations, including thriving and abandoned settlements, pre-war Soviet installations, pirate forts, and lairs of beasts. More than 30 new characters appear across over a dozen questlines. You can help or hinder them through dialogue, combat, and exploration, including searching a sealed pre-war bunker.
