Price Accuracy
How often are prices updated?
Prices are updated multiple times per day. Most major retailers are checked every few hours to ensure accuracy.
Why doesn't the price match the store?
Prices can change between our last update and when you visit the store. This is especially common during flash sales. We recommend checking the final price before purchasing.
Are shipping costs included?
For digital games, there are no shipping costs. For physical editions, shipping may vary by retailer and is typically shown at checkout.
Do you show regional prices?
Yes, we display prices in your local currency based on your region. Some stores may have different regional pricing.
Price History
How far back does price history go?
We track price history from when we first added the game to our database. For popular games, this can be several years of data.
What does "Historical Low" mean?
This is the lowest price we've ever recorded for that game from any tracked retailer.
Can I see when games usually go on sale?
Yes! Check the price history chart to see sale patterns. Many games go on sale during major events like Steam Summer Sale or Black Friday.
Price Alerts
How do price alerts work?

- We monitor prices across all retailers
- When the price drops to or below your target, we email you
How quickly will I be notified?
Notifications are sent within a few hours of detecting a price drop that matches your alert.
Can I set alerts for specific stores only?
Yes, you can exclude certain stores from your alerts if you prefer to buy from specific retailers.
Is there a limit to how many alerts I can set?
Free accounts can set up to 10 active price alerts. This limit may be adjusted in the future.
