Forge Unlikely Alliances in the Underground

In the world of Tuggowar, forming partnerships can lead to unexpected advantages. This expansion enables you to solicit help from the underground, a faction that thrives on chaos and uncertainty. They care little about your identity or the nature of your enemies. Instead, they offer support for those willing to sow discord and watch the world burn. You’ll need to harness their intentions to push your agenda.
