Age of Wonders 4: The Silver Seas

A sea-focused expansion

Age of Wonders 4: The Silver Seas is a strategy expansion for Age of Wonders 4, and requires the base game. It adds maritime content built around founding cities on land and at sea, growing an empire through trade and alliances, and fighting for control of ocean territory.

Its Mercantile culture turns deals, alliances, and rivalries into ways to profit. The Cartel focuses on information, manipulation, camouflaged smuggling routes, and using stolen leverage in battle. The Barony centers on wealthy trade princes and nobles who command armies and place bounties on enemies. You can also give your people the Merfolk form through the Children of the Waves society trait.
