Yesterdreamt

In the Shadow of the Eld Riche: The Plot of Yesterdreamt

In Yesterdreamt, players are thrust into the perilous world of the Eld Riche, a land ravaged by the Calamity. Following this disaster, the remaining inhabitants fled to the Burghs, seeking refuge from the Inbetween, an eerie realm filled with unspeakable horrors. As you take on the role of Folke, a Gunslinger in training, the weight of your hometown, Ganda, rests on your shoulders. With your mentor missing and the Reverie failing, salvation lies just beyond the Voidborne menace.

Exploring the Thematic Depths: The Role of the Dreamweavers

Central to the game’s lore are the Dreamweavers, a caste of powerful magick users whose sacrifices keep the Reverie intact. However, as their strength wanes, sanity becomes a crucial resource for survival. Players must traverse the haunting landscapes while protecting their minds from the twisting illusions and monsters lurking in the shadows. Your journey reflects not just a physical challenge, but a battle against despair as you strive to shield those you care for.
