When the Day Comes

Survival in permanent darkness

When the Day Comes is a top-down multiplayer survival game set after an alien asteroid strikes Earth and an unknown virus spreads. The sun no longer rises, and the world is covered in darkness, fog, and rain. You search abandoned places for supplies, build a settlement, research technology, and try to keep humanity alive while dealing with infected.

A new map each time

Each playthrough generates a different map, with cities, roads, villages, military bases, and hospitals in new locations. You begin in an unfamiliar house without electricity or cell service. A can of food, a kitchen knife, and a nearly spent candle are among the first supplies you find, and noises outside warn that something has noticed you.
