We Were Monkeys

Escape From An Experiment Gone Wrong

We Were Monkeys thrusts players into a mind-bending survival puzzle game that takes place within the confines of a disturbed laboratory. As one of the two monkey characters, your mission is to escape while navigating a world altered by bizarre experimental modifications. The game emphasizes the importance of cooperation with your monkey pal, who sees the environment differently, presenting a unique twist on the concept of perspective and teamwork.

Cooperative Puzzles with Distinct Perspectives

In this puzzle platformer, players face challenges that require coordination and quick thinking. Each monkey interprets the environment in a distinct way, making communication crucial. You'll find yourself solving puzzles that may appear one way to you but have a different solution from your partner's standpoint. This mechanic elevates the gameplay and constantly keeps players on their toes as they learn to understand each other's perspectives.
