VR探索梅西爾

VR astronomy

VR探索梅西爾 is a PC virtual reality astronomy experience about the 110 celestial objects in French astronomer Charles Messier’s catalog. You visit a virtual view of the cosmos and look at Messier nebulae and star clusters, with interaction and astronomy information included.

The Messier catalog

Messier was a comet hunter who recorded objects that looked like comets but weren’t, so they wouldn’t confuse his search for actual comets. The game draws on that catalog to present the objects and their place in astronomy.
