The Short Trip

A Nostalgic Journey in The Short Trip

In The Short Trip, players embark on a journey that pays homage to classic driving simulations like Desert Bus and The Long Drive. Set in an open-world environment, this PC game captures the charm of PICO-8 visuals while utilizing the Godot engine for its development. Drivers will find themselves navigating various vehicles until they reach the road’s end, encountering challenges along the way that test their survival skills.

Vehicles with Purpose: Choices Matter

Each vehicle in The Short Trip comes with its own distinct advantages and drawbacks. Players must carefully choose the right ride for their journey, as the choice significantly impacts gameplay. Some vehicles may be faster but require more maintenance, while others are sturdier yet slower. These variations keep the experience fresh, encouraging players to experiment with different options rather than sticking to one preferred vehicle.
