Manipulate Truth in The Newspapers of the Day

In The Newspapers of the Day, players take on the role of Editor-in-Chief in the tumultuous 1920s Gyeongseong (Seoul). As a newspaper leader during a time of societal upheaval, your responsibility is massive. Shape public opinion through the layout and content of your articles. Will you support independence movements, or will you play it safe with propaganda? Every decision echoes through the pages of your paper, impacting lives and history itself.

The Risks of Censorship

Navigating the fine line between truth and survival, players must dodge the looming threat of censorship. Crossing that line could lead to an immediate shutdown of your publication. This pressure adds a layer of intensity as you weigh your choices. In the backdrop of vibrant streets filled with intrigue, the darker shadows of authority and resistance are ever-present, creating a compelling noir narrative that challenges your moral compass.
