The Göktürk: Caravan

Game overview

The Göktürk: Caravan is a strategy simulation game set in the seventh century, where you lead a merchant house from Ötüken, the seat of the Göktürk khaganate. You engage in trade, transporting goods such as iron and felt westward while returning with items like silk and jade. The gameplay centers on making critical decisions at each road fork, balancing the weight of what you carry against what you leave behind.

Trading and decision-making

In the game, each kilo you load represents a trade-off, affecting your wealth and resources. There are markets at both ends of your journey, which react to your choices. You will navigate various routes, weighing risks like bandit encounters against longer, safer paths. With each choice you make, you interact with a dynamic economy that reflects the value of the goods you transport.
