The Gardener

Unraveling the Mystery of The Gardener

In The Gardener, players assume the role of Hectare, a dedicated gardener drawn into a perplexing mystery after receiving a cryptic letter from the missing Lord Ned. Tasked with maintaining the sprawling and enigmatic Ned Gardens, Hectare quickly realizes that his mission involves far more than simple lawn care. With eight distinct areas to explore and over 100 unique lawns to tend, players will face a myriad of puzzles crafted within this lush, mysterious environment.

Solving Lawn Puzzles with Precision

Gameplay revolves around navigating a grid-based layout, where Hectare cuts grass on each tile he steps upon. To conquer each lawn puzzle, players must meticulously trim grass to precise lengths, demanding careful planning and logical thinking. Inspired by the mechanics found in Sokoban games, The Gardener challenges players to think strategically, maneuvering around obstacles and reimagining their approach to every patch of grass.
