The 9th Dragon

Kowloon’s Gritty Underworld in The 9th Dragon

In The 9th Dragon, players find themselves in the chaos of Kowloon Walled City during 1980s Hong Kong, a dystopian locale rife with gangs and corruption. You step into the shoes of Rookie, the newest member of an elite police commando unit. Together with your enigmatic leader Mei, who has deep roots in the criminal underbelly, you navigate a labyrinthine city filled with neon lights and hidden dangers.

Brutal Tactical Combat Awaits

Engagements in The 9th Dragon are far from mundane. The game combines brutal hand-to-hand combat with strategic combat mechanics that demand precision and tactical thinking. Fights unfold in tight spaces, where every move counts. Break enemy stamina, utilize the environment, and replace conventional weapons with improvised tools. With limited resources, players must adapt quickly. Whether it’s a punch to an enemy's gut or a stolen shotgun from the ground, surviving means mastering both the art of combat and the terrain.
