Premise

Ten innocent people is a PC game about a country that preys on kind-hearted people. You once carried out a decree, and now serve as chief envoy. Before deciding whether the country should be annihilated, you must find ten truly good people.

The search

The game centers on that search and the decision facing the envoy. Its stated goal is to identify ten good people in a place that has fallen into an abyss.
