Tears of Fire

A kingdom in ruins

Tears of Fire is a 2D Metroidvania action game for PC, set in the devastated Kingdom of Eden. You play as Svart, fighting to save the kingdom from destruction and uncovering the past behind its long war and corrupted creatures. Eden was once sustained by the power of a Great Tree; now its forests, ruins, and ravaged fields bear the scars of decades of conflict.

Combat and bosses

Combat centers on attacking, dodging, and parrying, with abilities to add options in fights. You face creatures with different behaviors and attacks, as well as bosses with their own patterns and mechanics. Svart gains abilities and upgrades as the game progresses, strengthening combat and opening new ways to move through the world.
