Turn-based artillery battles

Tanks is a 2D turn-based artillery game for PC, with battles for 2 to 6 players locally or online. Matches begin with a randomized turn order and a spawn phase: players drop their tanks onto the battlefield by parachute. After that, you earn money at the start of each turn, choose your actions, aim and fire. The last tank left alive wins.

Ammo and aiming

The game has more than 20 ammo types, with different costs and projectile behavior. Ammo weight affects trajectory, wind influence determines how strongly the wind pushes a shell, and explosion radius controls how much terrain it destroys. Picking a shell for the situation matters alongside aiming: a shot can be pushed off course or carve a crater that changes later shots.
