Real-time strategy

Steel Tide is a PC real-time strategy game built around large-scale battles. You raise a base, manage an economy and send forces into the field, using tanks, artillery, helicopters, jets and ships.

Units and combat

Each unit has an armour class it’s effective against, so building a mixed force matters more than relying on the biggest gun. Artillery can fire over ridges, while point-defence towers shoot down rockets. Transports carry armour across routes the roads don’t reach, and crews that survive battles improve. If conventional forces can’t settle the fight, you can use a silo.
