Static of Eve - 凝滯聖夜 is a 2D side-scrolling puzzle game. You play as detective Winter, investigating a mansion and solving puzzles to uncover the truth behind a family’s disappearance.

Searching for clues

The story begins on Christmas Eve, when Winter and his assistant Charlotte find an old newspaper clipping about the disappearance of a master craftsman’s family. At Charlotte’s insistence, they go to the mansion where the case took place. You use a magnifying glass to inspect the map closely, find clues and items, and connect what you discover to solve the puzzles.
