St. Grimsby’s Thaumaturgical is a 1-8 player online co-op comedy horror game for PC. You and your coworkers staff the emergency room at a condemned hospital for magical creatures, diagnosing patients, brewing remedies, getting treatments approved and filing claims before each shift ends. Hexcare Mutual owns the building and wants to keep costs down, even when a patient’s condition is unclear or the hospital is in danger.

Diagnose the patients

Patients arrive through a portal with unnamed afflictions. The equipment isn’t dependable: a cracked Glass of Seeing and a Stethoscrying Horn can give conflicting or unreliable results. The Codex, which holds information you need, has water damage, and two staff members examining the same patient can see different symptoms. You’ll have to compare what you find and decide what to try.
