Spook & Sell

A haunted house sale

Spook & Sell is a PC co-op game about real-estate agents trying to sell a haunted house without letting the buyers discover its ghosts. You and your team prepare the property, then keep the haunting under control while buyers tour it. The sale ends when the clock runs out, or sooner if the buyers flee.

Prep before the open house

During prep, hide Wailers, Floaters, and Smashers in places such as closets, under beds, and showers. Vacuum ectoplasm off the floor, and use Freeze Spray to stop cursed furniture from floating into view. Ghost wrangling and house chaos use physics, so players can throw things around as they work.
