SoundlessNightmare

Beware the Silence in SoundlessNightmare

In SoundlessNightmare, players find themselves in a chilling yet minimalist horror experience on PC. You assume the role of a child preparing for slumber, but this isn't a peaceful night. Your mission is simple but tense: remain silent for ten minutes before bed. Failure to keep your voice down results in a game restart, making every sound feel like a heartbeat.

The Tension of No Sound

Gameplay centers on that very tension. Players can choose to use a microphone, paying careful attention to the sound indicator in the lower left corner. This mechanic amplifies the dread, requiring constant awareness. Exceeding the red line with your voice means starting over, which heightens the stakes with each passing second. Alternatively, you can opt for a speedrun style, ditching the mic altogether for a purely skill-based session.
