Skylane: Airline Tycoon Sim is a PC airline management game about building a carrier, not flying planes. You start with one hub and one aircraft, choose which city pairs to serve, schedule flights, and hire crews qualified for each aircraft type. The game tracks how those decisions affect the airline over time, as fuel prices change, aircraft age, and rival carriers enter markets.

Routes and schedules

You can open routes wherever your aircraft can reach, with range and payload affecting the cost of serving them. Demand builds over weeks, so a weak first month doesn't necessarily mean a route has failed. For each flight leg, you can check load factor, weekly revenue, and weekly profit, then decide whether to keep it or cut it. Every market you enter already has a carrier operating there.
