Office tower descent

SHAFT HAPPENS is a multiplayer game about Tiefbau AG employees sent down an office tower that keeps going. The boss gives orders over the intercom and sets a quota. On each floor, the elevator doors stay open for about half a minute: run out, grab loot and get back before they close. Anyone left behind becomes a ghost.

With up to three colleagues, you can work together, but the elevator has a “close door” button that anyone can press at any time, with no cooldown. With three or more players, one person might secretly be working for the boss. You can report a suspected mole on the maintenance floor. At the end of each shift, the company names an Employee, a Traitor and a Poltergeist of the Month.
