Session: Skate Sim Complete Edition

Street skating on PC

Session: Skate Sim Complete Edition is a skateboarding simulation for PC built around street skating. You control each foot with a separate stick, transferring weight and learning tricks through the game’s physics. There’s no scoring system: you pick a spot and work out your own lines. A tutorial covers the controls, and four difficulty levels and customizable options let you adjust the setup.

The learning curve is part of the routine. Early attempts can be challenging, but once you get the technique down, you can put together tricks such as kickflips, noseslides and varial heelflips. The game takes inspiration from 1990s street skating and includes real-world spots such as Black Hubbas and Brooklyn Banks in New York City, plus FDR Park in Philadelphia.
