Ryugaku Ren'ai

A New Life in Japan: Discovering Ryugaku Ren'ai

In Ryugaku Ren'ai, an engaging slice-of-life adventure game for the PC, follow Vee Urban, a sixteen-year-old American with dreams of vibrant Tokyo but who instead finds herself navigating the quieter streets of Joyo City in the Kyoto Prefecture. As she grapples with the challenges of living in a foreign culture, players can join her journey through friendship, misunderstanding, and unexpected romance, crafting a uniquely personal narrative.

Making Friends Across Cultures

Vee's transition into Japanese high school life introduces her to a diverse cast of over twenty characters, each richly developed and capable of forming platonic and romantic bonds. As players guide Vee through this personal growth, they encounter cultural nuances, unexpected alliances, and the occasional adversary. Building relationships becomes central to the narrative, affecting storylines and outcomes throughout the school year.
