Route 48

First-person survival driving

Route 48 is a first-person driving survival game for PC, set in a world where civilization is gone but the roads remain. You travel through a procedurally generated landscape, searching abandoned places for supplies and trying to keep your vehicle running. Each new game creates a different world, with new roads and locations to explore.

Keeping the car running

Your car is your lifeline. You manage its fuel and repair damaged parts as you travel farther from safety. Replacement parts and supplies can be scavenged along the way; if the vehicle breaks down, you may have to continue on foot, and a broken car can bring your run to an end.
